Deadly & Delicious: Wonders of the Rainforest

Today we're talking about poison! In the Amazon Rainforest everything is not what it seems. A cute tiny frog can can kill, and yummy chocolate can be deadly! Kits will be available from the Acreage Branch to make chocolate treats and to sculpt your own (non-toxic) poison dart frog. The chocolate activity may require help from a parent or guardian since it will require use of a microwave or access to hot water. Ages 8-12. Presented by Acreage Branch.
